The nursing process of a woman with risk pregnancy after in vitro fertilization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu u vybrané rodičky po in vitro fertilizaci před a po porodu. U ženy byl naplánovaný císařský řez. Ošetřovatelský proces zahrnuje posouzení, diagnostiku, plánování, realizaci a vyhodnocení. Data byla získána v nemocnici ve Frýdku Místku. Pro sběr informací byla použita zdravotnická a ošetřovatelská dokumentace, následně byly informace také doplněny rozhovorem s rodičkou. Závěrem bakalářské práce je vytvoření ošetřovatelského procesu, včetně stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a jejich intervencí z NANDA International, které pomáhají zdravotnickému personálu předcházet komplikacím u žen po císařském řezu a u porodu ženy po in vitro fertilizaci. Bakalářská práce zahrnuje část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zaměřujeme na asistovanou reprodukci a na popis metod asistované reprodukce, dále se zabývá metodou in vitro fertilizace a ostatními okolnostmi, které jsou s tímto procesem spojené - průběh samotné metody, rizika, financování a psychický dopad na ženu. Obsahem praktické části bakalářské práce je vypracování ošetřovatelského procesu u rodičky po plánovaném císařském řezu a po in vitro fertilizaci. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a jejich intervencí s následnou realizací a vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the creation of nursing process of a selected parent after in vitro fertilization before and after birth. The Caesarean section was planned for the woman. The nursing process comprises the assessment, diagnostics, planning, realization and evaluation. The data was obtained from the hospital in Frýdek-Místek. For the collection of the information, sanitary and nursing documentation was used, the information were completed by the interview with the parent. The creation of the nursing process is at the end of the bachelor thesis, including the assessment of nursing diagnosis and their intervention from NANDA International, which help the medical staff to prevent complications in women after Caesarean section and in woman's birth after in vitro fertilization. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis we focus on assisted reproduction and on the description of the assisted reproduction methods, it also deals with the method of in vitro fertilization and other circumstances, which are connected with the process - the progress of the method itself, risks, financing and mental impact on the woman. The practical part of the bachelor thesis contains the elaboration of the nursing process in woman after planned Caesarean section and after in vitro fertilization. The result of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of nursing diagnosis and their intervention with subsequent realization and evaluation.
