Srdeční selhání je ve vyspělých zemích považováno za jednu s epidemií 21. století a je nejčastější příčinou hospitalizací u pacientů nad 65 let. Heart failure is considered one of the epidemics of the 21st century in developed countries and is the most common cause of hospitalization in patients over 65 years of age. Adherence to treatment is a multifactorial behavioral process that depends on many interacting factors.
