Práce pojednává o transformaci průmyslové výroby v oblasti česko-slovenského pohraničí. Porovnává zkoumanou oblast s dalšími pohraničními oblastmi i s vnitrozemím. Zkoumány jsou aspekty vlivu změn zaměstnanosti v jednotlivých odvětvích průmyslu, přímých zahraničních investic nebo trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti. This thesis deals with transformation of industry within the Czech-Slovak border region. It compares the investigated area and other border regions of the Czech Republic, Comparison is also made towards the „inland“ region.
