Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj zaměstnanosti v České republice od roku 1990 po rok 2011 a nastiňuje události, které zaměstnanost za posledních 20 let vývoje zásadně ovlivnily. V další části pak práce řeší konkrétně rostoucí stav zaměstnanosti cizinců v České republice po roce 1990 do roku 2011. Práce analyzuje migraci cizinců do České republiky a dopady na trh práce. This paper focuses firstly on the evolution of development in the Czech republic since 1990 till 2011 and then depicts the events which have significantly influenced employment throughout the last 20 years of the history of Czech republic.
