Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením rizik ve společnosti VBH, s. r. o., která je dceřinou společností německého mateřského koncernu. Teoretická část práce řeší rizika všeobecně od jejich definice, klasifikace, metod identifikace a analýzy až po jednotlivé fáze procesu řízení rizik.
