Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo představení relevantních právních předpisů v oblasti práva shromažďovacího a spolkového od druhé poloviny 19. století po období první Československé republiky. V předkládané práci byl u nejdůležitějších právních předpisů proveden juristický rozbor.
Abstract:
The aim of my diploma thesis was to introduce relevant legal regulations in the field of assembly and federal law from the second half of the 19th century to the period of the first Czechoslovak Republic. In the present work, a legal analysis has been carried out in the most important legal regulations.
