Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu metod a nástrojů využívaných k měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku s důrazem na jejich výhody a nevýhody, které je nutné při praktické aplikaci brát v úvahu. V první části jsou vybrané metody a nástroje popsány a porovnány pomocí zvolených kritérií. The aim of this Diploma thesis is to analyze methods and tools for corporate performance measurement and evaluation with the particular focus on their advantages and disadvantages which have to be considered during practical application.
