Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza výhod a nevýhod agenturního zaměstnávání z pohledu agentury práce a komparace mzdy agenturního zaměstnance pracujícího v České republice a v zahraničí. Zvolenou problematiku jsem řešila pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. K vyhodnocení jsem použila test nezávislosti a Cohenovo kappa. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of agency employment from the view of agency work and comparison of wages agency employment in the Czech Republic and abroad. Selected issue was solved through interviews and questionnaires. To evaluate the method, I used test of independence and Cohen´s cappa.
