Three phase, static and wholebody bone scintigraphy and single photon emission computed tomography. Comparison with other examination methods.

Abstract:

Problematika této práce je zaměřena na vyšetřovací metodu scintigrafie skeletu prováděnou na odděleních nukleární medicíny. Celá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do osmi kapitol. - anatomie kostí - scintigrafie - radiofarmaka pro scintigrafii skeletu - scintigrafie skeletu - indikace a kontraindikace scintigrafie skeletu - problematika scintigrafie skeletu u dětí - vedlejší nálezy na scintigrafii skeletu - porovnání s jinými vyšetřovacími metodami V praktické části jsem srovnávala 443 onkologických pacientů, kterým byla provedena scintigrafie skeletu v období ledna, únoru a března v roce 2008. Rozdělila jsem je podle druhu onkologického onemocnění. Porovnávala jsem výskyt metastáz v kostech u různých onkologických onemocnění. Nejčastější lokalizace metastáz ve skeletu. Porovnávala jsem průměrný věk, pohlaví u pacientů s onkologickým onemocněním. Veškeré podklady jsem získala na Klinice nukleární medicíny ve Fakultní nemocnici v Ostravě- Porubě.

Abstract:

The issue of this work is focused on the investigative method of skeletal scintigraphy, which is performed in the department of nuclear medicine. The whole work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into eight chapters: - bone anatomy - scintigraphy - radiopharmaceuticals for skeletal scintigraphy - skeletal scintigraphy - indication and contraindication of skeletal scintigraphy - the issue of skeletal scintigraphy in children - incidental findings on skeletal scintigraphy - comparing with other examination methods In the practical part, I compared 443 oncological patients, which was implemented the skeletal scintigraphy during January, February and March of the year 2008. I divided them by type of disease. I compared the appearence of metastases in bones in the different oncological diseases. The most frequent localization of metastases in the skeleton. I compared average age and sex in patients with oncological disease. I received all the documents at the Clinic of nuclear medicine in the Faculty hospital in Ostrava ? Poruba.
