The diploma work deals with creation of a financial plan. The first chapter descriebes the need of finance, financial planning and analysis in business. The second one is addicted to analyzing the financial position at XYZ Company, Inc. In the last chapter we will look at the financial plan for the next period. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá tvorbou finančného plánu. Prvá kapitola teoreticky opisuje potrebu financií, finančného plánovania a analyzovania v podniku. Druhá sa venuje samotnej analýze finančného stavu v spoločnosti XYZ, a.s. V poslednej kapitole sa venujeme návrhu finančného plánu na nasledujúce obdobie.
