Abstract:
Práce je věnována problematice organizování. Zaměřuje se na využití procesního řízení v organizaci. Na teoretickou část popisující formy organizování, základní typy organizačních struktur a podstatu procesního řízení navazuje praktická část věnovaná analýze organizační struktury a procesů probíhajících ve společnosti Pinelli, s.r.o. Výstupy analýz jsou využity při změně organizačního řádu.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is dedicated to the organizing. It is focused on the utilisation of process management in the organization. The theoretical part describes forms of organizing, types of organizational structures and the nature of the process management.
