Business Intelligence Solution in Bank
Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá a popisuje Business Intelligence řešení se zaměřením na bankovní instituce a podporu CRM. V první teoretické části se práce zabývá obecným popisem známého konceptu Business Intelligence. V druhé praktické části práce provádí popis a analýzu konkrétního Business Intelligence řešení v bankovní praxi.
Abstract:
This work is describing and looking to Business Intelligence solution, specifically for Banking environment when applicable and CRM. The first theoretical part provides general overview of known Business Intelligence concept. The second practical part is analyzing and describing actual banking Business Intelligence solution used in present.
