Project Management in Particular Company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektu v konkrétním podniku. Tento projekt řeší problematiku Střediskového hospodaření. Hlavním cílem tohoto projektu je snížení celkových nákladů podniku. V práci byla zpracována analýza rešerše odborné literatury a použita data z interní dokumentace podniku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na rozbor literárních zdrojů zabývajících se definováním výroby, projektového řízení, odpovědnostního řízení až po popis jednotlivých středisek. Praktická část obsahuje popis konkrétního projektu, který má za úkol zjednodušit systém řízení jednotlivých procesů, účelné delegování pravomocí na nižší autonomní celky, také obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, který byl prováděn prostřednictvím nestrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci podniku. Na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci podniku byla provedena syntéza a komparace odpovědí na otázky a vyhodnocena jednotlivá úskalí projektu. V návaznosti na zjištění konkrétních nedostatků projektu Střediskového hospodaření byla navržena doporučení pro podnik, která by mohl implementovat a tím vylepšit celou koncepci a dosáhnout co nejlepšího výsledku v projektovém řízení.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis deals with project management in a specific company. This project addresses the issue of Unit Management. The main goal of this project is to reduce the total cost of the company. In the Bachelor Thesis was processed the analyses of technical literature and it used data from internal company's documents. The theoretical part contains research of literature focused on the definition of production, project management, responsibility management up to the description of individual centres. The practical part contains the description of the project, which aims to simplify the process of individual management project system, effective delegation of powers to lower autonomous units. This part also contains qualitative research, which has been conducted through unstructured interviews with company employees. Based on interviews with the company's employees there were performed a comparison and synthesis of the answers from research and individual risks of the project were evaluated. In response to identified the specific shortcomings of the Unit Management project, were proposed appropriate recommendations for the company, which should improve the whole concept and achieve the best possible result in project management.
