Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje analýzu stávající metodiky projektového řízení v konkrétní firmě a navrhuje postup implementace standardní metodiky projektového řízení za účelem odstranění nedostatků stávající metodiky. Obnovena metodika je ověřována v rámci pilotního projektu.
Abstract:
Thesis includes analysis of the current project management framework for the concrete company and proposes procedure for implementation of the standard project management framework in order to eliminate imperfections of the existing framework. Renewed framework is verified in a pilot project.
