Material and Technical Security of the Components of the Integrate Rescue System in Solving a Railway Accident

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá materiálním a technickým zabezpečením složek integrovaného záchranného systému na vybrané mimořádné události. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V úvodu teoretické části bakalářské práce je zpracována literární rešerše pro lepší pochopení problematiky. Vymezuje pojem integrovaný záchranný systém, popisuje koordinaci jednotlivých složek a společná cvičení. Definuje materiální a technické zabezpečení pro záchranné a likvidační práce u vybraný jednotek hasičského záchranného sboru na mimořádnou události železniční nehody. Praktická část bakalářské práce se věnuje vzniklé železniční nehodě a připravenosti hasičského záchranného sboru pro tento typ mimořádných událostí. Dále se také zabývá popisem a porovnáním současného stavu u stanic hasičských záchranných sborů Uherské Hradiště, Olomouce a drážních hasičů z Přerova. Konkrétněji jejich materiálním a technickým zabezpečením. Pro bakalářskou práci je jako příklad uvedena železniční nehoda v Kunovicích, u které došlo k vykolejení vlakové soupravy. V závěru bakalářské práce byla stanovena rizika a následná opatření k jejich odstranění. Společně s návrhem na zlepšení materiálního a technického zabezpečení na vybraný hasičských stanicích.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the material and technical security of the components of the integrated rescue system for selected emergencies. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the introduction to the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, a literature search is made for a better understandidng of the issue. It defines the concept of an integrated rescue system, describes the coordination of individual components and joint exercises. It defines the material and technical provision for rescue and liquidation work at selected units of the fire rescue service in the event of a railway accident. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the railway accident and the readiness of the fire brigade for this type of emergency. It also deals with the description and comparison of the current state at the station of the fire brigade Uherské Hradiště, Olomouc and railway firefightes from Přerov. Specifically, their material and technical support. A raiway accident in Kunovice is given as an example for this bachelor's thesis, where the train set was derailed. At the end of the bacheolor thesis, the risks and subsequent measures to eliminate them were determined. Togetger with a proposal to improve material and technical security at selected fire stations.
