Hotel complex project with a focus on new trends in hotel design and construction.

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout hotelový komplex určený pro seniory ve stylu Art Deco se zaměřením na nové trendy výstavby a designu, který bude jedinečnou stavbou v dané lokalitě. V diplomové práci je zevrubně popsán Jihočeský kraj, nejdůležitější statistiky, specifika cestovního ruchu seniorů, jejich rozdělení a popis aktivit cestovního ruchu. V práci jsou představeny vybrané designové hotely s obrazovou prezentací. V diplomové práci je dále popsáno podnikatelské plánování, náležitosti sestavení podnikatelského plánu a postup při projektování nového hotelu, nutné zákonné náležitosti před, v průběhu a po dokončení stavby. V práci se také objevuje popis cílového zákazníka, nabídka turistických zajímavostí v lokalitě, exteriéru hotelu, urbanistického a dispozičního řešení. Samostatná kapitola je potom věnována detailnímu popisu interiéru hotelu s důrazem na Art Deco design a požadavky cílové klientely. Pro naplnění cíle práce jsem využil odborné literatury, jejíž seznam je uveden na konci diplomové práce, statistik, znalostí získaných při studiu Vysoké školy hotelové a konzultacemi s odborníky z praxe, analýzy konkurentů a analýzy spokojenosti zákazníků na jednom z největších turistických portálů tripadvisor.com.

Abstract:

The goal of the Master´s Dissertation is to project an Art Deco style hotel complex designated for seniors with a focus on new trends in hotel design and construction, which will be unique in its location. In the Dissertation is in detail described southern Bohemia region, the most important statistics, specifics of the senior tourism, its diversification and description of tourism activities. There are presented selected design hotels with their pictures presentation. Furthermore there is described business decision process, structure of the business plan, new hotel project development process and construction law requirements before, in progress and after the construction is finished. In the thesis you can find the key customer description, local tourism activities offer, and description of the hotel exterior, urban development and interior layout. Separate chapter is focused on detailed description of the hotel interior with the focus on Art Deco design and key customer requirements. To fulfil the goal of the Master´s Dissertation I used several tools such a professional literature, the list is listed at the end of the Dissertation, statistics, knowledge gained during my lessons at the Institute of hospitality management and by consulting the topic with specialists, analysing competitors and by customer satisfaction analysis at the tripadvisor.com web page.
