Lidské embryonální kmenové a lidské indukované pluripotentní kmenové buňky jsou slibným nástrojem výzkumu, vývoje a testování léčiv, modelování chorob a buněčné terapie. Human embryonic stem cells (hESC) and induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSC) are promising tool employed for research and development of pharmaceutics, disease modeling and cell therapy. Genome modifications, which accumulate in hESC and hiPSC during propagation in vitro, can limit their application.
