Modifier genes in monogenic diseases; variants affect disease expression and complications of cystic fibrosis
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme účinkům různých geneticky podmíněných faktorů na průběh onemocnění cystické fibrózy. Tyto faktory zahrnují ty, které jsou závislé na různých částech genu CFTR a rovněž jiné, na CFTR nezávislé faktory.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study effects of various gene-dependent factors on the severity of cystic fibrosis. These factors include those, that are dependent on various parts of the CFTR gene, as well as other, CFTR-independent factors.
