Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika šestimocného chromu (CrVI), který je považován za toxický prvek. Jedním ze způsobů vzniku CrVI je oxidace trojmocné varianty chromu (CrIII), který je součástí řady předmětů, jež jsou v běžném kontaktu s lidským organismem. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with hexavalent chromium (CrVI), which is considered to be a toxic element. Trivalent chromium (CrIII), which can be found in many consu-mer products, changes to CrVI by oxidation. The theoretical part in general focuses on chromium, chromium compounds and health risks related to an exposure to it. In case of exposure to chromium, this can cause servus health impacts.
