Influence of "Hanak footwear" on walking and feet of pregnant women

Abstract:

The foot as well as the walk are often the subject of various research or studies. Much research focuses on foot deformities or changes during different stages of life. One such phase is pregnancy. This work also con-cerns the walking and feet of pregnant women. The data used in the practi-cal part of the work were obtained within the measurement with the pedar device at the Faculty of Sports Studies MU. They were measured on a sam-ple of pregnant women from the Czech population. The work evaluates plantar pressures in the 27th and 38th week of pregnancy in two types of footwear, normal and biomechanical. It turned out that although there is a visible difference in plantar pressures on the visual protocols, the statistical difference between the shoes is small. This leads to the conclusion that sta-tistical methods cannot clearly confirm which type of footwear is more suitable for pregnant women, but in our case, the footwear had a short-term effect on the foot, only during the measurement. If we wanted to reach a clear conclusion, it would be necessary to monitor the longer-term impact of both types of footwear.

Abstract:

Chodidlo a také chůze jsou často předmětem různých výzkumů či studií. Mnoho výzkumů se zaměřuje zejména na deformity chodidla anebo na jeho změny během různých fází života. Jednou takovou fází je i těho-tenství. Tato práce se rovněž týká právě chůze a chodidel těhotných žen. Data použité v praktické části práce byly získány v rámci měřeni přístro-jem pedar na Fakultě sportovních studií MU. Měřené byly na vzorku těhot-ných žen z české populace. V práci jsou hodnoceny plantární tlaky v 27. a 38. týdnu těhotenství ve dvou typech obuvi, běžné a biomechanické. Uká-zalo se, že ačkoli na vizuálních protokolech je viditelný rozdíl v plantár-ních tlacích, statistický rozdíl mezi obuví je malý. Tým přicházíme k závě-ru, že statistickými metodami se nedá jednoznačně potvrdit, který typ obu-vi je pro těhotné ženy vhodnější, avšak v našem případě působila obuv na chodidlo krátkodobě, pouze během měření. Pokud bychom chtěli dosáhnut jednoznačný závěr, bylo by potřeba sledovat dlouhodobější vliv obou typů obuvi.
