Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice arsenu v životním prostředí, jeho obsahu v potravinách a s tím souvisejících možných negativních účinků na zdraví člověka. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of arsenic in the environment, its levels in foodstuffs and the associated potential negative consequences on human health. More closely it focuses on the situation in the Czech Republic and on specific risk groups, particularly people sufferning from celiac disease.
