Abstract:

The goal of my thesis is approaching the issue of mortgage loans in Slovakia, estimated development and trends in mortgage lending. My aim is to highlight the need to make the basic specifications of the public and banking products to clients who need to address the issue of housing. On 1. 1. we do our 2009 calendar of historic milestones documented the introduction of new currency in Slovakia. Therefore, it is my main aim to determine to what extent the entry of Slovakia into the euro impact on the provision of mortgage loans. From this date ended very little time, but it is possible to observe the immediate reaction of customers to the euro. Monitor their response to the banks in the fee policy and decision-making clients. It is therefore my intention to determine whether the introduction of the euro was at the beginning of this currency impact on the behavior of existing or potential clients.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce je priblížiť problematiku hypotekárnych úverov na Slovensku, odhadnúť vývoj a trendy v poskytovaní hypotekárnych úverov. Mojou snahou je poukázať na potrebu sprístupnenia základných špecifikácií tohto bankového produktu verejnosti a klientom, ktorí potrebujú riešiť otázku bývania. Dňom 1. 1. 2009 sme do nášho kalendára historických míľnikov zaevidovali zavedenie novej meny na Slovensku. Preto je mojim hlavným cieľom zistiť, do akej miery mal vstup Slovenska do eurozóny dosah na poskytovanie hypotekárnych úverov. Od tohto termínu uplynulo zatiaľ veľmi málo času, avšak je možné sledovať okamžitú reakciu klientov na euro. Sledovať ich reakciu na ponuky bánk v poplatkovej politike a rozhodovanie klientov. Preto je mojim zámerom zistiť, či zavedenie eura malo v začiatkoch existencie tejto meny vplyv na správanie sa či už aktuálnych alebo potenciálnych klientov.
