Tendence vývoje kontraktačního procesu

Development Trends of Contractual Process
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces uzavírání smluv a zhodnocení změn v rámci něj, které přinesla nová právní úprava. Nejdříve je rozebráno uzavírání smluv v historickém vývoji, dále je vymezen proces kontraktace. Práce se také věnuje uzavírání smluv se spotřebitelem a tendencím jejich vývoje. Součástí práce je komparace s německou právní úpravou a návrhy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the contracting process and the evaluation of changes within the process introduced by new legislation. The first part analyses the historical development of contracting and defines the contracting process. The thesis also deals with consumer contracting and its trends, and includes a comparison with German legislation and proposals de lege ferenda.
