Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení připravovaného reálného developerského projektu s ohledem na provedenou strategickou analýzu. Ta obsahuje zhodnocení současného a očekávaného vývoje makroekonomické situace spolu s vývojem trhu nemovitostí v České republice a v Praze.
