Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníků a identifikací jejich potřeb, požadavků a očekávání. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat potřeby, požadavky a očekávaní zákazníků vybrané firmy (Cool Segway Tour) a vypracovat systém měření spokojenosti zákazníků dané firmy. Výsledkem práce je vypracování vlastního systému měření spokojenosti zákazníků dané společnosti a aplikace systému pro efektivnější činnost firmy. Ke splnění vytčených cílů jsou použity metody analýzy a literární rešerše, analýzy činnosti firmy, segmentace trhu, dotazování zákazníků a identifikace jejich potřeb, požadavků a očekávání. Pomocí aplikace výsledků práce bude mít firma možnost zvýšit obrat, zlepšit pozici na trhu, zvýšit spokojenost zákazníků a získat řadu dalších výhod.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of customer satisfaction and identification of requirements, needs and expectations. The aim of the bachelor thesis is identificate needs, requirements and expectations of customers and develop a Cool Segway Tour customer satisfaction measurement system. The result of the work is the development of own system of customer satisfaction measurement of the company and the application of the system for more effective operation of the company. To meet the stated goals, methods of analysis and literary research, business analysis, market segmentation, customer inquiries and the identification of their needs, requirements and expectations are used. The chosen topic is very important because the application of the results of the work will give the company the opportunity to increase turnover, improve market position, increase customer satisfaction and gain a number of other benefits.
