Tato diplomová práce pojednává o opravném prostředku dovolání v civilním procesu, jeho historickém vývoji a jak se měnil až do dnešní podoby. This thesis focuses on the remedial measure of the extraordinary appeal in civil procedure, its historical evolution and how it was changing until today's shape. There are reasons described which led the lawmaker to make changes in the legal regulation of final recourse and their consequent evaluation regarding realization of the intended aims.
