Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vzdělávání zaměstnanců, na systema-tický cyklus vzdělávání jakožto nástroj zvyšování efektivnosti organi-zace a na problematiku analýzy vzdělávacích potřeb. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employees' training ne-eds. The theoretical part focuses on employee training, the systematic training cycle as a tool for increasing organizational efficiency, and fina-lly, the analyzing training needs itself.
