Abstract:

Učitelům na základních školách není dostupná vhodná příručka, která by poskytovala testy motorických dovedností vhodných do podmínek praxe. Nejsou také známy současné potřeby praxe v této oblasti. Učitelé sice mohou získat některé testy motorických dovedností z materiálů sportovních svazů, ale jejich manuály nejsou převážně v potřebné kvalitě a rozsahu. Cílem práce je ověřit, zdůvodnit a standardizovat postupy vícestupňového testového systému v oblasti mládežnického volejbalu, který by umožnil jednoduchým a v tréninkové praxi realizovatelným, způsobem hodnotit úroveň a profil pohybové výkonnosti jednotlivých kategorií ve volejbalu. V práci jsme se zabývali otázkou, proč současná školní, či jiná sportovní praxe využívá tohoto diagnostického prostředku velmi omezeně. Důvodem může být omezený přístup učitelů, cvičitelů k potřebným materiálům, které by reflektovali jejich potřeby. V závěrečné části práce jsme vytvořili 3 motorické testy pro volejbal ve školní tělesné výchově. Z naší práce vyplývá, že motorické testy pro školní tělesnou výchovu jsou potřebné. A to nejen pro celkovou klasifikaci žáků ve volejbale, ale i pro dílčí testování. Aby se předešlo špatným návykům žáků.

Abstract:

Teachers in primary schools is not suitable guide available that would provide tests of motor skills appropriate to the conditions of practice. There are also aware of current needs in this area of practice. Although teachers can get some tests of motor skills in materials federations of sports, but their manuals are mostly needed in the quality and scope. The aim is to verify and standardize procedures to justify a dummy multi-stage system in youth volleyball, which would allow a simple, feasible and practical training, a way to assess the level and profile of the various categories of motor performance in volleyball. In this work, we examined why the current school, sports practice or other use of this diagnostic means very limited. This may be limited access for teachers, trainers need to materials that reflected their needs. In the final part, we created three motor tests for volleyball in physical education. Our work shows that the motor tests for school physical education are needed. And not only for the overall classification of students in volleyball, but also for individual testing. To avoid bad habits of students.
