Polymer nanofibres for bioapplications prepared by electrospinning method
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem polymerních nanovláken připravených metodou elektrostatického zvlákňování a využitím halloysitu jako nosiče nově syntetizovaných léčiv v připravených nanovláknech. Práce zahrnuje optimalizaci elektrostatického zvlákňování a různé metody charakterizace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of polymer nanofibres prepared by the method of electrospinning and use of halloysite as a carrier of newly synthesized drugs in prepared nanofibres. The thesis includes optimalization of electrospinning and different methods of characterization.
