Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Způsoby a postupy účtování a oceňování zásob vybrané účetní jednotky“ je teoretický a praktický rozbor účtování a evidence zásob dle české legislativy a amerických účetních standardů ve středně velkém podniku. Vybraný podnik je dceřinou společností německé matky s americkým investorem. Pro svého amerického investora nyní celá skupina podává účetní výkazy také dle amerických standardů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojetí zásob dle legislativy České republiky a dle amerických účetních standardů, jejímž závěrem je srovnání vybraných odlišností obou účetních systémů Vybraná společnost ve svém podnikání zahrnuje zásoby ve všech jejich úrovních a účtuje o nich za různých podmínek. Popisu této praxe se pak věnuje práce ve své praktické části.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis „The methods and procedures of accounting and valuation of inventories in a selected accounting entity“ is the theoretical and practical analysis of accounting and stock recording according to the Czech legislation and the American accounting standards in a medium-sized enterprise. The selected enterprise is a subsidiary of a German group of companies owned by an American investor. All companies of the group are obliged to provide the American investor with the financial statements in accordance with the American standards. The theoretical part is focused on the interpretation of stock according to the Czech legislation and the American accounting standards and finally, it provides the comparison of selected dissimilarities of both accounting systems. The selected enterprise includes in its business operations all levels of stock and keeps its accounts under different conditions. In its practical part the thesis is devoted to the definition of this practice.
