Synthesis of SrTi\dindex{1-x}Fe\dindex{x}O\dindex{3} perovskite pigments

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na perovskitovou skupinu sloučenin. Teoretická část práce vystihuje obecnou charakterizaci perovskitů, jejich vlastnosti a uplatnění, a to jak v oblasti pigmentářské, tak dalších. Experimentální část se zaobírá syntézou perovskitových sloučenin na bázi SrTiO\dindex{3}. Do základní struktury SrTiO\dindex{3} byly substituovány ionty Fe\hindex{3+} a Bi\hindex{3+} a následně byly analyzovány pigmentově-aplikační vlastnosti, jmenovitě fázové složení, velikost částic, aplikace do nátěrových hmot, hustota a další.

Abstract:

This master's thesis is focused on the perovskite group of compounds. The theoretical part captures the general characterization of perovskites, their properties and uses, both in the pigment industry and others. The experimental part deals with the synthesis of perovskite compounds based on SrTiO\dindex{3}. The basic structure of SrTiO\dindex{3} was substituted with Fe\hindex{3+} and Bi\hindex{3+} ions. Further research was conducted to analyze the pigment-application properties, namely phase composition, particle size, application into coating materials, density and others.
