Czech republic trade balance analysis with regard to entry into European union

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na obchodní bilanci České republiky od roku 2000 s ohledem na její vstup do Evropské unie a nejdůležitější změny, ke kterým došlo právě po 1. květnu 2004. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny důvody pro vstup České republiky do Evropské unie a platební bilance. V praktické části této práce jsou analyzovány nejdůležitější fakta z pohledu obchodní bilance let 2000 až 2008, vývoj českého vývozu a dovozu a exportní strategie České republiky po vstupu do Evropské unie. Závěr přináší souhrn změn, kterých bylo dosaženo po vstupu ČR do EU v zahraničním obchodu, nastiňuje další vývoj v oblasti obchodní bilance.

Abstract:

This bachelor papers are focused on the Czech Republic trade balance with regard to entry into European Union. Analysed period begins the year 2000 and covers the most important changes occurred after accession 1. May 2004. The theoretical part contains the reasons for the Czech Republic entry into EU and balance of payments. In practical part of these papers are analysed the most important facts of the trade balance in years 2000 to 2008 as well as czech import and export progress and export strategy after the EU accession. At the conclusion are summarised all changes occurred after the accession of the Czech Republic into EU in foreign trade and outlines probable trade balance progression in the future.
