Medical and rehabilitation plan and physical treatment of patient with knee injury

Anotace:

V této bakalářské práci je rozebrána problematika poranění měkkých struktur kolenního kloubu. Práce je složena ze tří hlavních částí. V první, obecné části, je popsána anatomie, kineziologie, také pojednává o celkovém vyšetření a traumatologii měkkých tkání kolenního kloubu. Druhá, speciální část, popisuje možnosti komplexní léčebné rehabilitace, kam patří kinezioterapie, fyzikální terapie, ergoterapie a další. Poslední část, kazuistika, se věnuje terapii konkrétního pacienta s nestabilitou kolenního kloubu po poškození mediálního postranního vazu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the injuries of the soft tissue of the knee joint. Thesis consists of three main parts. The first, general, part describes the anatomy, kinesiology, the entire examination and trauma of the soft tissue of the knee joint. In the second part of the thesis is being dealt with the possibilities of the complex medical rehabilitation, with usage of all of its methods. The last part – casuistic is dedicated to my personal input, which is the specific examination and treatment of the patient with the post-traumatic instability of the medial collateral ligament.
