Bakalářská práce pojednává o zkušenostech kněží salesiánů s jejich pedagogickou činností a působením na mládež. První část je věnována teoretickému podkladu pro výzkumnou část. Bachelor thesis discusses the experience of Salesian priests with their pedagogical effect on young people. In the theoretic part there are analyzed topics as Sociology of religion, Pedagogy and Salesians. The theoretical part is followed by research part which is concentrate primarily on analysis of implemented interviews with Salesian priests and the following interpretation of the data.
