Abstract:

Název diplomové práce: Uplatnitelnost rizikových skupin uchazečů o zaměstnání na trhu práce skrze pracovní příležitosti úřadu práce a personálních agentur Práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů, které ovlivňují šance rizikových skupin uchazečů o zaměstnání při jejich umísťování na trhu práce skrze pracovní příležitosti úřadů práce a personálních agentur. Druhá část se zabývá aktivitami, kterými mohou úřady práce a personální agentury tyto šance zvýšit. V práci se zaměřujeme především na tři rizikové skupiny uchazečů o zaměstnání: absolventy, dlouhodobě nezaměstnané a cizince. Faktory, které mají dopad na šance uchazečů o zaměstnání při hledání zaměstnání, můžeme rozdělit do dvou skupin. Jednak individuální charakteristiky jednotlivců a situaci na trhu práce. V teoretické části, zaměřující se na aktivity úřadu a personálních agentur, identifikujeme hlavní rozdíly ve způsobu práce a poukazujeme na odlišné možnosti, které tyto organizace při práci s rizikovými skupinami uchazečů o zaměstnání mají. Na základě rozhovorů realizovaných s pracovníky úřadu práce a agentury práce jsme identifikovali rizikové oblasti, které ovlivňují šance rizikových uchazečů o zaměstnání na trhu práce. Na závěr jsme formulovali několik doporučení, kterými mohou úřady práce a agentury práce přispět ke zvýšení uplatnitelnosti rizikových osob na trhu práce. Tato magisterská práce má 22 640 slov.

Abstract:

Thesis title: The ability of risk groups of job seekers to become an active part in the labor market through job opportunities of The Bureau of Labor and of recruitment agencies. The thesis is focusing on factors that influence chances of risk groups of job seekers related to their placement on the labor market through opportunities produced by The Bureau of Labor or recruitment agencies. The second part is considering activities employment offices and personal agencies could take in order to increase such chances of applicants. The thesis is mainly focusing on three groups of applicants: graduates, long term unemployed and foreigners. The factors influencing these groups may be divided into two groups – personal characteristics of individual and situation on the labor market. The theoretical part of the thesis is aiming at activities of employment offices and job agencies. This part of the thesis identifies the main differences in their approaches and points out different opportunities they have when working with risk groups of job seekers. We have identified, based on numerous discussions with employees of employment offices and job agencies, risk areas that influence the chances of vulnerable groups of applicants on the labor market. Closing of the thesis includes few recommendations that could employment offices and job agencies take in order to make the vulnerable groups of applicants more exercisable on the labor market. This master thesis has 22 640 words.
