Criminalistic-tactical method - interrogation of a particularly vulnerable victim
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá v teoretické části výslechem zvlášť zranitelné oběti, konkrétně tedy dítěte a jeho následným porovnáním s výslechem dospělé osoby. Řeší jak výslech obecně, tak výslech orientovaný přímo na dítě, jeho techniky a metody. V praktické části pak porovnává odpovědi odborníků, kteří výslechy aktivně prováděli. Tím se potvrdí nebo vyvrátí zkoumané hypotézy.
Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the interrogation of a particularly vulnerable victim, namely a child, and its subsequent comparison with the interrogation of an adult. It addresses both interrogation in general and interrogation oriented specifically to the child, its techniques and methods.
