Increasing the efficiency of business processes of the company Travel Service a.s. using the ASP model.

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je zvýšení efektivnosti firemních procesů společnosti Travel Service a.s. pomocí modelu ASP. Cílem tedy je analýza podnikového procesu letecké společnosti za účelem realizace řešení pro zvýšení jeho efektivnosti. Tohoto zvýšení bychom měli docílit pomocí outsourcingu podnikového procesu formou částečného ASP modelu. Podnikový proces se týká vytvoření objednávky novin pro konkrétní lety společnosti. Účelem diplomové práce je nastínění více teoretických směrů a spojit je tak v rámci této práce v jeden celek. Nejprve se zaměříme na historický vývoj a varianty outsourcingu IS/ICT jehož součásti je i model ASP. Tento model poskytování aplikačních služeb si poté charakterizujeme a popíšeme si technologické předpoklady pro vývoj aplikačního řešení ASON. V závěru teoretické častí si definujeme podnikový proces a možnosti modelování podnikových procesu pomocí grafického jazyka UML. V praktické části si analyzujeme podnikový proces, navrhneme zvýšení jeho efektivnosti, popíšeme aplikační řešeni ASON a nastíníme ekonomický přínos implementované aplikace.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is, increasing the efficiency of business processes of the company Travel Service a.s. using the ASP model. So the aimis to analyze the business process of airlines in order to implement solutions to increase its efficiency. This increase should be achieved through business process outsourcing in the form of partial ASP model. Business process refers to a specific order of newspaper for their flights. The purpose of this thesis is to outline several theoretical directions and combine them in the context of this work in one unit. First, we focus on the historical development and variations of outsroucing IS/ICT, which includes the ASP model. This model of application service providers we characterize and describe the technological prerequisites for the development of application solutions ASON. In conclusion, the theoretical sections we define business process and business process modeling capabilities through a graphical language UML. In the practical section, we analyze the business process design to increase its effectiveness, we describe ASON application solutions and outline the economic benefits of implemented applications.
