Proposal for the use of hydrogen propulsion in the material handling technology of Škoda Auto a.s.

Abstract:

Předmětem práce je návrh využití vodíkového pohonu v manipulační technice Škoda Auto a.s. Cílem práce je navrhnout obměnu vybrané flotily manipulační techniky včetně vhodné infrastruktury za novou, využívající vodíkový pohon, a vyhodnotit ekonomická a ekologická hlediska dané obměny. V úvodu je provedena analýza a popis současné flotily manipulační techniky vnitropodnikové logistiky Škoda Auto a.s. Následující kapitola se zabývá detailní analýzou flotily VZV oddělení operativní logistiky (PLO). Hlavní část se zabývá návrhem obměny současné flotily VZV, využívající dieselový pohon, za VZV s vodíkovými palivovými články. V rámci hlavní části je proveden návrh vhodné infrastruktury plnění vodíku, který s obměnou úzce souvisí. Závěr práce se věnuje vyhodnocení ekonomických a ekologických hledisek obměny.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is a proposal for the use of hydrogen propulsion in the material handling technology of Škoda Auto a.s. The aim of the thesis is to propose the replacement of the selected fleet of materal handling equipment including suitable infrastructure with a new one using hydrogen propulsion and to evaluate the economic and ecological aspects of the replacement. In the introduction, an analysis and description of the current fleet of handling equipment of the in-house logistics of Škoda Auto a.s. is made. The following chapter deals with a detailed analysis of the fleet of the Operational Logistics Department (PLO). The main part deals with the proposal to replace the current fleet of diesel-powered trucks with hydrogen fuel cell trucks. The main part includes the design of a suitable hydrogen filling infrastructure, which is closely related to the replacement. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the economic and environmental aspects of the replacement.
