Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat majetek ve státní a soukromé sféře. Hlavní rozdíl spočívá v tom, že se státním majetkem hospodaří územně samosprávní celky a zřizují pro tyto účely příspěvkové organizace, naopak soukromý majetek je plně ve vlastnictví podniku a musí sloužit pro podnikání, které je uvedeno v obchodním rejstříku. Abstract:
Purpose of this dissertation is to compare property in state and public sphere. The primar diference is that the state property is managed by municipalities which establish allowance organizations for this purposes.
