Abstract:

Nguyen, T. T. Zhodnocení kvality destinace mikroregionu Kroměřížsko. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2021.Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením kvality destinace mikroregionu Kroměřížsko a je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů cestovního ruchu, formy cestovního ruchu, typy cestovního ruchu, destinační management, marketing cestovního ruchu a kvalitu služeb v cestovním ruchu. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na popisování selektivních, lokalizačních a realizačních faktorů v mikroregionu. Následně bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření a na základě získaných odpovědí, které měly nejhorší hodnocení byly vytvořeny návrhy na zlepšení kvality destinace mikroregionu.

Brno: Mendel University, 2021.The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the destination within microregion Kroměřížsko and is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explaining the basic concepts of tourism, such as the forms of tourism, types of tourism, destination management, marketing of tourism and quality of services in tourism. The practical part of the thesis is focused on describing selective, localization and realization factors in the microregion. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey was created and based on the answers obtained, which had the worst evaluation. Proposals were made to improve the quality of the destination of the microregion.
