Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou metody výpočtu referenčních intervalů u vybraných biochemických parametrů, jejich stručný popis a klinický význam. Cílem je ověřit vypočítané referenční intervaly u těchto parametrů s referenčními intervaly běžně užívanými na Oddělení klinické biochemie ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava. The main topic of this thesis is the method of calculating the reference intervals for selected biochemical parameters, a brief description and clinical significance. The aim is to verify the calculated reference intervals for these parameters with reference intervals commonly used at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the University Hospital in Ostrava.
