Handwriting Identification

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací osob podle ručního písma. Jedná se o zajímavou problematiku popisující ruční písmo jako individuální znak osob. Rukopis každé osoby je jedinečný a těžce napodobitelný. Práce se zabývá veškerými oblastmi této identifikace od počátku vzniku písma až do dnešních metod jeho zkoumání. Budu se zde věnovat historii ručního písma a jeho vývoji v jednotlivých státech, historii písmoznalectví a jeho užití v trestním řízení. Dále ručním písmem samotným a jeho jednotlivými druhy. Pro identifikační zkoumání jsou potřebné sporné a srovnávací materiály, které jsou opatřovány různými způsoby. Nejdůležitějším prvkem jsou metody zkoumání ručního písma, které jsou v práci jednotlivě popsány. V praktické části této práce se zabývám ručním písmem osob přeučených na pravou ruku, únavou, zaměstnáním a vývojem písma od dětství po jeho ustálenost.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of persons by handwriting. This is an interesting issue describing handwriting as an individual character of persons. Each person's handwriting is unique and difficult to imitate. The thesis deals with all areas of this identification from the beginning of the origins of writing to today's methods of examining it. I will be discussing the history of handwriting and its development in each state, the history of forensic handwriting examination and its use in criminal proceedings. Next, the handwriting itself and its different types. Questionable and comparative materials are needed for identification research and are obtained in various ways. The most important element is the methods of handwriting examination, which are described individually in the thesis. In the practical part of this thesis, I discuss the left-handed persons who writes with his right hand, fatigue, employment, and the development of handwriting from childhood to permanence.
