Abstract:
Téma diplomové práce je ekologické zemědělství a ochrana spotřebitele. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř stěžejních kapitol, a to na vývoj právní úpravy ekologického zemědělství (dále jen EZ), pojem EZ, právní aspekty EZ a ochrana spotřebitele v EZ. Práce obsahuje právní úpravu ochrany spotřebitele a EZ de lege lata, přičemž v některých kapitolách je uvedena i úprava de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the ecological agriculture (EA) and protection of consumers. The ecological agriculture is one such way of protecting the health of a consumer, from more than one point of view. The thesis is divided to four fundamental chapters.
