Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh plně automatické obráběcí linky ve společnosti Aisan Industry Czech s.r.o. Nová linka nahrazuje současné řešení využívající v procesu lidskou práci. Návrh se provádí podle standardů společnosti Aisan Industry Czech s.r.o a zohledňuje výrobní i prostorové nároky společnosti. V úvodní části je rozdělení typů výrobních linek podle uspořádání a stupně automatizace. …more

Thesis is focused on design of automatic machining line in Aisan Industry Czech s.r.o. company. Line will replace actual design that uses human power. Design will be done with company standards. In the begin of thesis is partition of types of machining lines according to collocation and degree of automation.
