Analysis of the approach to remuneration and sanction from the point of view of the children's home educator

Abstract:

Autorka se bude ve své bakalářské práci zabývat problematikou odměny a sankce v prostředí dětského domova. V teoretické části budou zpracována témata vztahující se ke zvolené problematice, zejména se bude jednat o otázku umístění dítěte do školského zařízení náhradní rodinné péče, kvality výchovného působení v dětských domovech, funkční aplikace odměn a sankcí a otázku psychosociálního formování dítěte. Praktickou část budou tvořit výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem bude analyzovat ucelený pohled vychovatelů v dětských domovech na funkce a limity odměn a sankcí aplikovaných ve zmíněném ústavním zařízení. Součástí práce budou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi. Dosažené výsledky a stanovená doporučení budou využitelná v praxi speciální pedagogiky a dalších disciplín tzv. pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

The author will deal with the issue of remuneration and sanctions in the environment of a children's home. The theoretical part will deal with topics related to the selected issue, especially the question of placing a child in a school facility of substitute family care, quality of education in children's homes, functional application of rewards and sanctions and the question of psychosocial formation of children. The practical part will consist of the results of the research, whose aim will be to analyze a comprehensive view of educators in children's homes on the functions and limits of remuneration and sanctions applied in the aforementioned institutional facility. Part of the work will be concrete conclusions and recommendations for practice. The achieved results and recommendations will be applicable in the practice of special education and other disciplines of so-called helping professions.
