Abstract:
Bakalářská práce sleduje současný stav využívaných metod plánování práce s časem v tuzemském podniku v porovnání se zahraničními kolegy. Kvalitativní výzkum v podobě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci povede k navržení změn pro zlepšení využívání času. The Bachelor Thesis studies the current situation of time management methods used in a Czech company in compared with foreign colleagues. Qualitative research in the form of interviews with employees will lead to suggesting changes to improve the use of time management.
