Employee Benefits at IT
Abstract:
Cílem práce je definovat a popsat zaměstnanecké benefity z pohledu atraktivity pro současné i budoucí zaměstnance v IT odvětví. Vyhodnotit efektivitu škály nabízených benefitů pro tuto cílovou skupinu a na základě výzkumu navrhnout balíček efektivních benefitů pro zaměstnavatele v IT odvětví.
Abstract:
Main goal of my diploma thesis is to describe employee benefits from point of view of employees of IT firms. I will describe employee benefits for present and for the future. I will rate efficiency of employee benefits for IT workers. From this research I will recommend effective employee benefits for IT workers.
