Předkládaná bakalářská práce přináší pohled na historický vývoj silniční dopravy. V další části práce vysvětluje základní pojmy silničního provozu a následně popisuje trestné činy a jejich skutkové podstaty v silniční dopravě. The bachelor thesis gives an insight into the historical development of road transport. The following section explains the basic concepts of traffic and then describes the criminal offenses and the merits of road transport.
