Securitization of insurance risks
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá riziky v činnosti pojišťoven a jejich přenosem na jiné subjekty. Zmiňuje klasické nástroje zajištění, avšak převážná část popisuje moderní přístupy pojistitelů k přenosu rizik. Práce zároveň popisuje proces sekuritizace pojistných rizik, tedy převod rizik do podoby cenných papírů a derivátů.
Abstract:
This work deals with the risks in insurance operations and with the transferring this risks to other subjects. It mentions the classical instruments of reinsurance but the majority part of the work describes modern approaches to risk transfer. The work also describes the processes of securitization of insurance risks i. e. the risk transfer in the form of securities and derivates.
