Má diplomová práce se věnuje problematice penzijního připojištění, jakožto doplňkovému pilíři důchodového systému v České republice. My thesis deals with the pension´s insurance, as a supplementary pillar of pension system in the Czech Republic. The goal is to evaluate the fifteen-year history of the pension´s insurance, compare the curent status with requirements for the role of a full pension pillar and outline a possible development and a form of pension´s insurance in a future.
